On 13 December 2021, members of the Security Council were briefed by USG Rosemary DiCarlo, USG Jean-Pierre Lacroix and ASG Ramesh Rajasingham on implementation of UNSCRs 2532 and 2565.
The Council reiterated the importance of implementing these resolutions and stressed the need for the relevant UN bodies, within their respective mandates, to maintain focus on this issue, particularly in the current context.
